There are always going to be one-off special jobs that you need done quickly, efficiently and professionally. And as much as you want to look to your current staff to try and do those jobs they usually just don’t have the time or skills to do the job as well and efficiently as you’d like. I had an important job that needed doing recently and rather than hiring another staff member or going through a temp agency I went straight to P.E.A.S and could not be more pleased with the result.

Rosie has a wonderful ability to come in, sort things out and get the job done. She quickly assesses what needs to be done, has a great way of dealing with people and making them feel like part of the team (even though she has literally just joined the team herself), uses her contacts to get great prices and fast service and is as keen as we were to get the job done to the highest level possible. She has a go-with-the-flow mentality that puts people at ease and on-side while still being highly professional and successful and she brings a ‘let’s do this’ philosophy to whatever she is doing.

I initially contracted P.E.A.S. (Rosie) to assist in arranging the Harcourts National Conference – widely recognised as New Zealand’s largest real estate conference with over 1,000 in attendance. Unfortunately the conference was cancelled due to Covid-19 and while Rosie initially worked tirelessly helping out with arranging the Conference she was equally diligent in ensuring that all the t’s were crossed and i’s were dotted as she made her way through the massive task of cancelling all the already completed plans.

If you are looking for someone to help with anything that requires a creative viewpoint, who has a commitment to doing a job to the highest possible standards, who is happy to do whatever needs doing and who is prepared to work whatever hours are needed then Rosie should be your first point of call. I would highly recommend P.E.A.S. and Rosie to any company as an asset they cannot afford to be without.

Rosie Stevenson has worked for, and with, Harcourts Cooper & Co for over 4 years now in the Community Relationship/Sponsorship team firstly as the Community Relationship Assistant before being promoted to the role of Community Relationship Manager. She has been called upon to step up, get involved and take control on a regular basis and has done that very successfully.

If I had to sum up what Rosie does in one phrase it would be this – “She get’s the job done on time, within budget and to the highest level of expertise possible”. No matter what part of the role Rosie is doing, no matter what deadlines are given to her and no matter what we require Rosie knuckles down and just gets it done.
